Knee Capsule Stretch (internal rotation)
Target: Inside knee joint capsule While seated, grab the outside aspect of the foot with the opposite hand. Use the other hand to apply a inside to outside force at the distal thigh.

Target: Inside knee joint capsule While seated, grab the inside of the foot with the same side hand. Use the other hand to apply an outside to inside force at the distal thigh.
